Cyprus / Russia Protocol signed

On 7 October 2010, the new Protocol to the 1998 Cyprus/Russia Double Tax Agreement came into force. The signing of the Protocol means that Cyprus has now been removed from the Russian “blacklist” of offshore jurisdictions.
